By purchasing a template from Denex Studio, you agree to the license and policy terms below. These terms explain how your template can be used, what is included, and what support is available after purchase.

Template delivery

Your template will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase.

Squarespace website templates are delivered manually. This means we will prepare a copy of the template and send it to the email address used at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at purchase. If you have not received your template within 24 hours, please contact us.

Template license

Each template purchase gives you one license to use the template for one website owned by you or your own business.

You may use your purchased template to build:

• One website for yourself
• One website for your own business or practice

You may not use your template purchase to build websites for clients, customers, or third-party projects.

If you are a designer, agency, consultant, or service provider interested in using our templates for client work, please contact us before purchasing. We may be able to discuss partnership options, bulk licensing, or custom arrangements.

What you can do

With your template purchase, you may:

• Edit the template for your own website or business
• Change the text, images, colors, fonts, pages, and sections
• Duplicate pages or sections within your own website
• Use the included video tutorials and resources to customize your site
• Publish the completed website for your own business or practice

What you cannot do

You may not:

• Use the template to build websites for clients or third parties
• Use the template for multiple businesses, websites, projects, or brands
• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the template
• Claim the original template design as your own
• Repackage the template as your own product
• Sell, license, or give away the template or any part of it
• Share tutorial access, template links, files, or resources with others
• Create a competing template, website product, or digital product using our designs, layouts, resources, or materials

Squarespace account, plan, and domain

Your template is built for Squarespace.

Your purchase includes the template itself, but it does not include a paid Squarespace subscription, domain name, custom email address, or any third-party tools or services unless clearly stated on the product page.

Your template will be provided on a Squarespace trial. When you are ready to publish your website, you may need to connect a domain and choose a paid Squarespace plan.

Editing and responsibility

Once the template has been delivered to you, it is your responsibility to customize and manage your website.

This includes adding your own text, images, links, services, legal pages, policies, and any other content your website requires.

Please be careful when editing your template. We are not responsible for accidental edits, deleted sections, broken layouts, expired trials, unpublished pages, or changes made by you or anyone with access to your Squarespace account.

Demo content and images

Any demo text, images, graphics, or placeholder content shown in the template are for demonstration purposes only.

You are responsible for replacing demo content with your own content before publishing your website. You are also responsible for making sure you have the correct rights, licenses, and permissions for any images, fonts, copy, logos, graphics, or other materials you upload to your website.

We are not responsible for copyright, licensing, or legal issues caused by content you add to your website.

Support

Your purchase includes access to the setup resources and video tutorials provided with the template.

We are happy to help with issues related to:

• Accessing your template
• Accessing your setup resources or videos
• Questions about what is included with your purchase
• Issues caused by an error with the template itself

Support does not include:

• One-on-one website customization
• Editing your website for you
• Writing your website copy
• Custom design changes
• Custom coding
• Troubleshooting changes made by you or a third party
• General Squarespace platform support
• Domain, email, billing, or account issues with Squarespace

For Squarespace-specific issues, you may need to contact Squarespace Support directly.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of website templates, all template purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Please review the product page, live demo, included pages, requirements, and FAQs carefully before purchasing.

If you have any questions about whether a template is right for you, please contact us before buying.

Intellectual property

All template designs, layouts, written resources, video tutorials, graphics, and related materials created by Denex Studio remain the intellectual property of Denex Studio.

Purchasing a template gives you permission to use the template under this license. It does not transfer ownership of the original design, resources, tutorials, or intellectual property to you.

“Squarespace” is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. Any reference to Squarespace is used only to describe the platform our templates are built for.

Changes to this policy
